Ribex took another strategic step in its international development by establishing Ribex Maritime Kuwait, a new company based in Kuwait. The expansion strengthens Ribex’s presence in the Middle East and supports the company’s continued growth in the global shipping sector. Through Ribex Maritime Kuwait, the group aims to further enhance its regional partnerships, expand business opportunities, and provide efficient maritime solutions across key international shipping routes. The Kuwaiti office will be open in April 2026.

The Company reduced its older tonnage by divesting several vessels from its fleet.

Ribex added to its fleet the Japanese motor vessel Prime Star.
