Capt. Genko Karabadjakov has more than three decades of experience in the shipping industry and has been the CEO of Ribex since 1991. 

Anna Karabadjakova has over 15 years of experience in finance and international relations, with the past 13 years spent in the shipping industry. 

Georgi Ivanov has more than 27 years of experience in shipping and has run Ribex' Technical Department since 2011.

Tzvetan Semov has more than 30 years of ship chartering experience and has been Commercial Director at Ribex since 2002.

Venceslav Gerov, a Member of The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London, is responsible for the Post-fixture Desk at Ribex from 2014. 

Kiril Mednikarov has been with Ribex since 2012 and is responsible for the Crew Management and Technical & Safety Coordination. 

Ivan Dermendjiev has four decades of experience in the shipping industry and has been in charge of the Procurement Department at Ribex since 2001. 

Omar Malkawi started his career in 1983 and has more than 40 years of broad experience in the Middle East  and Europe in the fields of finance, energy & shipping. 

Meshaal Alnoqaidan has established strong professional relationships with leading companies and institutions in the Kuwaiti market since 1992. He has extensive experience in the Middle East and Turkish shipping, energy & real-estate markets.
